How can I place a Cash-on-Delivery order?
hammad2021-07-13T14:52:05+05:00If you are not comfortable making online payments, you can choose the Cash on Delivery payment option to pay for your purchases.
Once you enter your location information in the order page, Cash-on-Delivery becomes a possible payment mode, if you are in one of the locations, where the service is available. You can simply choose COD as the payment mode at this point and finalize your order.
What type of payments can Buydental accept?

Cash on delivery
We accept payments by cash on the time of delivery.
Easy paisa
We accept payments by easy paisa. To pay you can easily transfer money to buydental. You will need your mobile number & CNIC Number.
Bank transfer
Payment through bank is also accepted. You can transfer the payment to buydental through your bank account. For this, you need to log in to your account and select for payment transfer.
Why is my order delayed?

Our aim is to meet the delivery times but during busy periods (including sale), deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally tech updates to our systems or unforeseen events, such as extreme weather conditions/strikes, will mean that these delivery services aren’t available, or delivery times need to be extended. However, we always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum.
In this rare situation that your order is delayed, please check your email & messages for updates. A new delivery time-frame will be shared with you and you can also contact us by our email.
How do I cancel an order?

How do I modify an order?

However, you can contact us within 24hrs for changing the order.
If you require your concern to be addressed on priority, drop us an email at support@buydental.pk Our dedicated team aim to contact you within 24 working hours.
You can still return the items easily if ordered mistakenly by simply contacting us.
