About Easy Return

  1. Damaged/ defective items must be returned in the original condition they were received in with all the accompanying accessories.
  2. Chinese Items Does not Cover any returned, if any Chinese items found to be defective, the customer needs to contact within 24 hours after parcel receiving. After that company will not claim any returns.
  3. Items that you no longer need must be returned in new and unopened condition with all the original packing.
  4. Customize Product will not cover in any returns.
  5. Return facility is available only via self-returns. Return Pick Up facility is not available on any item.
  6. Company will Provide 10% of Returned Invoice Value charges in accept of damaged Item/Wrong Items as courier charges.
  7. The image Shown in our website is only illustrated image to describe the customer the shape and type. There may be change in actual product, hence no return accepted on ground of image to product change.
  8. Customer need to inform us before sending the item back to our address and also have to provide proper Tracking no. of returned items.

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. For Cancellations of orders please contact us via sales@buydental.pk.

Requests received later than 5 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.

In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
